If you wish to return an item back to us please contact us first by email or phone, once a return has been authorised you will be supplied our service centre returns address. Please do not send unauthorised items to our Wenlock Road office, we cannot accept returns at this address.
You can help to enure your ionizer always gives top performance by descaling the unit a few times each year. However, sometimes a professional service will be the best option. We operate a comprehensive refurbishment service which includes a full professional descale and health check of your unit - effectively making it almost brand new.
