Product Deliveries and Returns
If you wish to return an item back to us please contact us first by email or phone, once a return has been authorised you will be supplied our service centre returns address. Please do not send unauthorised items to our Wenlock Road office, we cannot accept returns at this address.

We operate a comprehensive refurbishment service which includes a full professional descale and health check of your unit - effectively making it almost brand new.
